Fresh Water Fish Hall
Colombia, is the second country with the greatest richness of freshwater fish, it has 1,341 species, constituting 35 % of all fish diversity, if marine fish are included. This wealth is possible due to the complexity and quantity of rivers grouped into five macro-basins: Caribbean, Magdalena - Cauca, Orinoco, Amazon and Pacific. The room proposes an approach to the variety of freshwater fish from the knowledge of their morphological characteristics and functional aspects associated with their way of life.
